He’s your man for anything from straightforward returns to full-blown HMRC enquiries, disclosures, or “What on earth is this letter about?” moments. Whatever the situation, John gets you the best outcome with the least stress (and the least tax).

Client Manager & VAT Maestro
Rhys makes sure the wheels of TaxKings turn smoothly. He ensures client onboarding, systems and service delivery are seamless and (mostly) stress-free. He’s also our VAT Return lead — because while there’s nothing especially thrilling about VAT, he knows that keeping the VATman happy keeps your business out of trouble.

Ajay is our numbers guy. Methodical, detail-focused, and quietly relentless in pursuit of perfect accounts. He works closely with Clare to make sure nothing is missed, nothing is guessed, and everything is delivered with precision. If it’s a balance sheet, Ajay’s probably triple-checked it.

Rich is a newer addition to the team and is already making a big impression. A fast learner and natural communicator, she’s building a reputation across bookkeeping and personal tax for being thorough, helpful, and always ahead of the curve. If you haven’t heard from her yet — you will soon.

Company Administrator & Social Media Manager
Rachel works behind the scenes directing your emails to the correct inboxes and ensuring you get the fastest response from the best matched advisor. Proactive with ideas and solutions she manages our public facing media, you can count on her to be cooking up the next tax post sensation. Rachel says she loves working in office to spend time around the team but really it’s to see the office dogs.

Sam splits her time between personal tax and assisting with payroll and client admin. If things are going smoothly, it’s probably because Sam is involved somewhere in the background, doing what she does best.
